David Frost
I began my career in education as a school teacher in the UK. In the 1980s I became a university teacher and academic. Since that time, I have developed ways to enable teachers to become agents of change in their schools. I am currently working with colleagues to lead the HertsCam Network. These days I write most often about teacher leadership, but I am interested in pedagogy and school leadership more broadly.

This is my new blog. I have started it in order to share short pieces arising from my work which is mostly about supporting 'non-positional teacher leadership'.
In my posts, I make academic references, including my own publications. Anyone interested in these can access them through their own libraries or on this website - www.hertscam.org.uk - or through ResearchGate.
